Zeolite is a hydrous aluminosilicate mineral with a porous structure. Nanometer pores, high cation exchange capacity with high specific surface area of ​​this mineral has made it possible to load some metals on its surface and form nanoparticles. Nanoparticles formed on natural zeolites could be well used in the preparation of many health productsdue to their chemical and thermal stability and safety for human consumption.  

For example, in a joint project with Tehran Medical Sciences University a special type of nanoparticles loaded on natural zeolites was used to prepare a special type of burn ointment. These compounds can also be used to prepare dressing bandages.
